The morning ritual at the Mission Cafe begins!
7:30 AM and everyone is bringing out their stuff!

Dang girlfriend, that is quite the early morning hairdo!
My chai tea, 2 newspapers, water, muffin, and choice spot at the Mission Cafe at 7:45 AM .......PRICELESS!!!!!
This is one of my best friends, Fiesta. We eat a muffin together a couple of times a week.
The Mission has as many dogs in the morning as it does people.
It is a very dog friendly enviroment.
Coaches, love seats, ping pong tables, and anything else are completely bonafide as "beach furniture"!
8:30 AM....Here come the kegs!
As usual all the news crews are also down here to cover the festivities!
Crystal Pier is ground zero for the Pacific Beach.
Cool, the circus is in town!
A complete food and grill set up all ready to go by 8:00AM.
Konos begins its normal lines for breakfast at the pier!
The official "staking out your turf" example.
If we keep going we will reach China by sundown.
I have heard of bringing sand to the beach, but a pool?
I know there are leaves here somewhere!
Speedy the turbo wall running doggie reaches a high speed of almost 12 miles an hour when he is really cooking!

This is a great promo for Henna Tattoos!
Trampolines, tents, and barbeques are all ready to go by 10:00AM.
A friendly tune is played for those walking by the pier.
The loading of the furniture on the beach ritual.
Tables and chairs first, spread out as wide as possible.
Ping Pong anyone?
The little guys have a ton of fun!
Cruisin down the boardwalk with the original beach brothers!
